you are what you eat. and if you want to know yourself, you have to know what you eat to know yourself. food is life, food makes your life and you are, at most of the times, conrolled by all the rumor and the unconfirmed information of what you are eating. you have to make decision on diet and eating for more than 200 times a day, according to Prof. Wansink from Cornell! so the purpose of this group is to focus all the information relevant to diet and food, since food is life, you have to know it to control it !
